So, I found some illegal info that says Kiara is 157cm, which is 5'2" or just under 5'2" in human units. Kiara has said in the past she was worried about not getting a job because she is too short. Kiara was also confused for being a child in the USA because we actually have nutrition and therefore aren't all manlets.
In the poptart stream Gura kept looking UP and Kiara looking DOWN when they spoke.
tl;dr
Gura is legit under 5 feet tall and may very well be 4'9"
