The first time she brought up the rubber band was at the start of some stream where she said she woke up early and didn't want to get out of bed so all she did was play with a rubber band, and then you could actually hear the noise of the rubber band as she demonstrated.

Funny you should say that because that is essentially what she said yesterday, and has said a couple of times since her noticeable decline in Minecraft activity.
She wishes there was another game like ARK and Minecraft that everyone could play and despite her saying Minecraft is great and all the only reason I can think of for her to say this is that she genuinely feels burned out by Minecraft but she knows a lot of her fans like it so she surely doesn't want to say it directly.

A Harry Potter watch-along would be a ton of fun, not only because of nostalgia but also because Pekora is already a well known fan of it. That kind of mutual nostalgia trip would be great, and it would give me an excuse to watch it with the Japanese dub for laughs since I've already seen it all.
