Anon, the problem is not "collabing with males" or "unicorns" or "gachikoi" and it never has been.
Calli does that pretty much from day one and Bae is gosling and collabing with Roberu way before Tempus ever existed.

Fubuki doesn't "get away" with collabing with males because there is nothing to get away with, much like Miko doesn't "get away" with *not* collabing with males because there is nothing to get away with.
The EN branch is in disarray not because this would be an issue but because of the apparent abrupt change in style and "editorial direction".
