it's about as easy as it can be to get into. Just use the colab. You don't need much to bring the bots to life.

This is an older version of pygm, but it's an example of what you could get a week or so ago.

Here's a little test run I did.
>"Nice fucking prose"
I wasn't terribly concerned with anything outside a generic coombait scenario. I wanted to see how well the bot could handle fairly simple interactions and do convincing lewd rping. Not all the replies that I generated are shown of course, but overall, I enjoyed them. As for crafting a unique character that behaves in a certain way, I haven't done that yet and I don't believe Pygmalion is ready for long-form storytelling but that shit will cum later. Considering CAI's shortcomings when it comes to longform storytelling, it's not like they're doing any better. At least Pygmalion lets you fuck it. As far as a proof of concept goes, I'm fairly optimistic.

CAI devs, if you're reading this. You're a few months away (based on current projections) from being supplanted by some basement-dwelling waifu fags. I (and others) warned you this would happen multiple times if you didn't fix your shit. You only have yourselves to blame at this point. Even if Pygmalion goes tits up, they're not the only horse in town trying to give people bots they can fuck.

>I'd recommend at least 12gb of vram for running the 6b locally.
That's not terribly demanding. As efficiency goes up and cost goes down, affordable waifubots are becoming less science fiction by the day.
