You must be a newfag, I'm glad I skipped the cursed Lazulight collab over a year ago with all those Twitch streamers. It was so bad they all privated the stream and wiped it from their memories because both Elira and Pomu were visibly miserable while Finana hung out with her Twitch friends. Not every stream is worth watching just because your oshi is there if you know she won't have a good time.

Honestly? I just think most of the males NijiEN has to offer are generally shoehorned into pandering to the lowest common denominator with all their content because they're aware most of their fans are either underage or mentally underage. At best you get a stand-in for the viewer laughing at everything that happens while injecting a shitty quip(Shu, Ren) because that's what popular react-tubers do and at worst a complete mouthbreathing retard who talks over everyone while demanding to be the center of attention(Vox, Luca) like most Twitch streamers. As a boomer dude nearing 30 I just don't have the patience for guys who act like my annoying little brother.

If they hired dudes like Bonnivier, rpr, Oliver, even fucking IPN who can hold a proper conversation on things outside of generic pop culture the atmosphere within NijiEN would be a lot better for males as a whole. As it is even the ones who have potential to be good can never shine because they're forced to keep up with the status quo created by the normalfags and their fans. For example Ike is really good for his weeb autism but he rarely collabs with people who let him tangent about that stuff and his solo streams are insufferably boring. I want him to collab with Pomu or Maria that'd be cool, but he only ever collabs with people who have no idea what anime is. I did watch Aster play Apex and he was fine solo, but I'm not willing to put up with his uwuisms every stream just for a slightly above average Apex player with nothing else to show for it. I could just watch Chihiro's 12h Apex streams instead or Lauren or whatever. Simply being tolerable if you tune out all the things you dislike doesn't make it worth watching someone.
