I think it's odd that while this smol guy is "a new hooman" we never see him post to ask for advice. Infact all of his posts have been avatarfag ones with Mumei where he simply asks for something on the auction, and during the last time where he asked for a Mumei hat Avarice "accidentally bid" on one of the hats leaving me to believe he forgot which account he was logged in. Also going back to posts he always posts in times where Avarice isn't banned never once has he posted during an Avarice ban. And the increase of his activity when Avarice is in a abayo period leads me to think he is just Avarice on an alt still using the advice from Ms.L to quickly climb the leaderboard and Mumei board again.

Though this could also be wrong it's all schizo ramblings.
