So it turns out that Lucy having that partner plus bit on these censor bars isn't a bit, she actually does not currently qualify for partner plus. She's below the 350 points you need to hit in and is mostly kept afloat on gift subs. Note that things like tier 3s are bonus points so math wise she's probably about 10-20 subs off from hitting the number she needs.

As an additional side note, Olivia Monroe is in a similar boat: large viewership numbers and a ton of gift subs but below partner plus resubs (currenly oli is at 239)
