AZKi actually does drive her's, and has for a while even with the frog as a partner. You can see this in the song's she's composed, not merely just written the lyrics for, and in the liner notes for other songs where she talks about details and changes that she asked for. The problem was that she was trying to work within the image framework that was designed for her instead of letting her image naturally evolve from her persona and streams like someone Suisei has done.

It means that she now has total creative control over her streams and content, unlike before where it was a joint thing between her and the frog who was acting as a talent manager in the actual sense of the word, not the meme way that Hololive does where they float around doing nothing. While she was a part of INNK, the frog had a particular image that they worked together to try to present akin to more traditional idols, even if he wasn't overly heavy handed about it, but now she's been given the freedom to make the content and engage with other people as she wants to. Of course, this comes with a couple of other changes; INNK is no longer going to own her music but instead she'll own it unless she sells the rights to Cover, as Polka has talked about with Hologram Circus; she no longer has such a large amount of dedicated staff that she did during INNK, which means she both is no longer having to support their salaries out of her earnings but also means she doesn't have the same support network that let her do things like Don't Stop the Music; she no longer has to go through as many levels of management to do things as a Holo, most notably collabs so it shouldn't take 8 months to put out a cover like it did with Watame; her streaming hours are likely to go up since she both understands that's part of the Hololive gig and has gotten more comfortable in front of the camera as time has gone on, though she's still going to be focused on music so don't plan on seeing her stream to the levels of Watame or even probably your average Holo but she'll also continue to crank out music so it's a trade off. I also wouldn't expect anymore big AniAZ MVs like she was doing in the runup to INNK's shutdown, since that was probably how they agreed to use up the remaining bits of INNK's funds.
