Download a model and VAE from the rentry in the OP, use them as stand ins for the files in the NAI speedrun. Note the settings in picrel. And you'll have to manually set your VAE on the "Stable diffusion" tab of the settings, plus I think the "stop at last CLIP" blah blah got renamed to "CLIP Skip" which is what everyone called it anyways.
That's it. It's installed locally.
