In any case it's not that much farfetched of a theory.

Here's an example: Mario Kart collab with Kiara. The 4th member was open invite, she probably asked on Discord who wanted to partecipate. Gura didn't partecipate/won't partecipate. Why? Because she hates them? Because she doesn't care? Well, maybe, but it's more plausible she's just never online on the Hololive account/Discord and didn't even know it was going to happen.

To me it really feels like Gura just randomly disappears and ghosts her manager and everyone else in Hololive to reappear randomly every while and then.
The only good counter argument to this is that Vesper said talents actually have a lot of off-stream work to do so unless Gura managed to cuck her manager into doing it for her then I have absolutely no idea how she would avoid that.

The other theory is that she's actually busy with said work and other projects, gets tired after it (coincides with Vesper saying it's not actually quick work) and doesn't want to stream, so basically she's lazy.
