I haven't posted anything lately because most of what I made lately is just simple bulk foods that aren't impressive or pretty but taste good like chicken soups or chili to save money. What shakshouka? It's like sautéed onions, garlic and red bell pepper in crushed tomatoes with spices. Let it simmer, crack in a few eggs, let the whites get hard but keep the yolk runny. You can eat it with toast and add some feta on top if you have it.
