Bloop isn't real and is just a part of Gura's imagination.

1. During her debut stream, Gura said "say hi to the people, Bloop" and Bloop said nothing. Bloop has never moved, ever.
2. Bloop has a completely different cartoon artstyle than even Gura herself, because he's not actually alive. He's nothing more than a plushie that Gura has had since she was a child. Why would she be talking to it and bringing it with her from Atlantis then? Because Gura is mentally, physically and emotionally stunted. She still needed to keep her stuffed animal with her like a kid.
3. Gura has random incoherent, often contradictory information about Bloop. Sometimes she refers to him as a weakling (emergency ration) sometimes she says he's better off in his little bubble due to him being a criminal. This is Gura once again acting like a child, letting her imagination get the better off her and also justifying her keeping the stuffed animal.
4. Bloop is often drawn alongside Gura in most fanart that Gura sees, yet she never once comments about him in any of the pictures. That's because her perception of Bloop is different than ours, our 2D renditions of her imaginary friend just comes off as a soulless doodle. The bloop we see (the plushie) is not the same Bloop that Gura is imagining, what actually goes on in her mind is something else.
5. "The Bloop" is the given name of a mysterious underwater sound recorded in the 90s. Years later, NOAA scientists discovered that this sound emanated from an iceberg cracking and breaking away from an Antarctic glacier. Another indication that something so mysterious is actually not what it seems like at first.
