She still owns all her assets. The character Umiushi Urara was hers before she joined Tsunderia, and both her and Ember have used the updated model since she left the company so it's probably safe to say that she never signed it over to the company or anything. I think her deciding not to use the character when joining PC was probably a personal choice.
