Ina's vocabulary seems to almost entirely consist of out of context normie quotes and buzz terms. She isn't smart or funny enough to actually commit to an original joke (barring puns) so instead she'll just pull some random quote or joke she's learnt from the internet with no consideration of the context and then laugh at herself so she can feel validated.
She's "yab free" because she's literally too much of an NPC to ever do anything potentially offensive. Her "puns" gimmick feels like she's compensating for a lack of actual personality.
How do people enjoy her? She's comfy but it seems that's literally all she has going for her.

One is enough, I think.
Don't forget it's a logarithmic curve of fun. The more you do it in succession, the less return you get.
