For clarification, futas are fictional characters that are actually women (with tits, pussy, womb, the works) that have a dick by magical or science fiction means which are not possible in real life. They're not at all the same as a real life person who feels like they were born in the wrong body and attempts to correct it with surgery and hormonal treatments that can at best create an approximation of the external appearance.
