Interesting bits. Staff seems to agree with the approximation that Suisei's fan ratio is around 7:3 male to female. Also asked about shipping fees and what fans would like for overseas events (since OP is from TW). They also seem to be quite aware of overseas fandoms(at least in and around East Asia) since they mentioned Plurk on their own initiative.

Basically they asked quite in-depth questions on how OP engages with merch and events, with quite heavy emphasis on what kind of ships she likes. Interestingly they also mentioned Anycolor multiple times(since OP said she first started with crossick in terms of tubing). OP posted this with staff approval to show that they do care about fan feedback.
