/vt/ - Virtual Youtubers

Well so the entire story goes like this:
So two months ago I was doing my usual thing of going to threads seeking for chuubas to play fighting games and I found this thread about new female vtubers had just been made.
I figured out I could just convince debuting vtubers to play fighting games so I sticked around.
The problem was that it was a troll thread made to mock the male vtubers in /asp/ but I didnt understand it fully at the time. So I just did the thing that I do to aid new threads to survive: I posted games, bumped them on page 10, and baked where there was no one willing to bake.
I copied the news idea from this thread and included it in the op.

For the most part everyone in the original thread ignored it thinking it would die, and the thread somewhat prospered. For reasons beyond my understanding, it started getting posters from /pcg/ and /idol EN/, and the girls were getting a buff.
The civil war trigger was, I believe, that one of the /asp/ chuubas reincarned as a /wasp/ and went from having 10 viewers during a entire year run to 30. People starting bragging about it which triggered the /asp/ schizos and they started spamming the thread. The spamming it self made it more active still which made the buff bigger which only get the schizos angrier, and this created an intense feedback cycle which might make the split the faster thread despite having less vtubers. At that point I stopped reading so I am not sure whats going on.

I agree with that statement, but it is also an issue of quality of posters. You can have healthy threads with no schizos or you can have a dead thread with a single schizo spamming forever because he lost his mind. Like vtubers, It's all about who you pander to.
The newest thread I been hanging around lately, as some of you know, is /news/ , and that one did a speedrun to schizoland because it is a thread about catalog bait
