Idunno man. At least what I've seen so far is mostly just trollposting about her numbers.

I know the "heckin wholesome and pure" thing is kinda reddit and overdone at this point but Sana really is just a genuine person and the fact that she has consistently tried to be open and transparent with her fans speaks volumes for her character. The positivity that she brings to streams is a lot but not overbearing because you can tell that it's real and not just for show.
