as someone who's also into medical things, i can tell you now that all blood has the same color, unless it has no oxygen, in which it turns a purple color (which is why your veins are blue and your arteries red)
here's my example though, sorry there's not a lot of solid drops like with the watercolor, i had to smear it off
it looks like she's using just a generic watercolor red, a mix of more carmine than vermillion. (you can see my custom mix for when i dont want to use my own blood in the watercolor patch)
