It is found that in the new contract the characters are able to be bought out but that the talents can not join another company if they do so. knowing that PPP would never let Phase buy the character Slug aids Purin in going indie, causing PPP to get pissed and attempt to sue for tortious interference.

The question is asked if the money that would have been put into the new gen would be used to promote, or give new outfits/events for tsundream. PPP says no. This leads the managers to the correct idea that the company is/has been dead and should move on, leaving the talents to figure out what their next move should be.
