Otsonny!! Mario kart training arc today was a good time even if it was a short stream, good opportunity to spend some time figuring out the game before the collab. My beloved boomer coming from MK64 and double dash... unfortunately he couldn't get online working right (which seems to be a trend with nintendo's netcode for him) so no multiplayer, but it was honestly still pretty fun just watching him attempt to pwn bots. He stuck with 150cc and basically just went down the line though a handful of grand prix cups, relearning controls and getting a taste of that classic mario kart RNG. It's always funny to me when he's getting his ass beat in a game and starts babbling nonsense like a cartoon character, this game can truly make anyone tilted. I think some friendships might be in danger this Wednesday depending on how things go lul. He didn't take it too seriously though, it was a pretty lighthearted and chill stream even if chat interaction is definitely impeded by games that require more focus like this. I also appreciate him sticking around for a bit afterwards to give his thoughts on 8 compared to previous entries in the series and share his violently autistic ideas for new items for the games, I agree mario kart needs realistic car crashes. Honestly hope he does more solo streams with MK someday, I think viewer lobbies would be fun if he can get his internet problems sorted out. We have two collabs confirmed for this upcoming week but I wonder what he has in store otherwise, I do hope he puts out a schedule even if it's a tentative one. Need... eastward...
