Eh I doubt it. The keys were always going on about how it was obvious that she'd just quit VShojo in early Summer, even though she didn't officially leave until the end of the year. I've just assumed that she really did quit at that time, but VShojo didn't want to take the PR hit of losing her so quickly after losing Vei/Nyan/Silver so they convinced her to delay it. During those last 6 months she ramped up her time on Mikeneko considerably and turned Nazuna into basically an Apex-only streaming channel so she'd pretty much already checked out.

Basically I think it was coincidence lol, and if that's the case then it definitely worked. Her near-complete ignoring of VShojo during her last 6 months or so in favor of Mikeneko meant she'd lost a lot of good will with the org's fanbase, so her leaving made almost no impact. Just the other day someone posted a group of VShojo wiggly fugis that Nazuna was in, before shortly after saying they hadn't even realized that she'd left.
