thing is real, Rosemi's twitter has been entirely dead for days. No likes, posts, retweets, anything, except for this, and then nothing came after that. She also hasn't streamed for nine days.
Not saying that you can tell who did and who didn't get the management mandate and who did it on their own, but it's at least proof that SOME of them were forced to.
As to why some didn't engage with it at all? I don't claim to know why, but I could take a guess:
