natural fermentation will not go above the limit of the yeast, which is typically 12-18%. any remaining sugar will not be processed and is effectively preserved by the alcohol. the resulting wine also is not "oxidized" to create vinegar, but is fermented by bacteria in the presence of oxygen (it digests the alcohol into acid, not the sugar). as long as you limit the amount of air in the container, this will not happen.

what you don't understand is that the vinegar is sweet due to sugar that was present in the wine. it is there because there was too much for the yeast to process, resulting in the max amount of alcohol as well as the remaining sugar. they achieve this by reducing juice, which does not involve adding sugar but still greatly increases the concentration of it. this juice (now wine) is so sweet that it retains a high amount of sugar after both processes, which is to say, even once it is vinegar, it is still very sugary.

sugar turns into alcohol, but this statement is far from absolute and i am providing you a very clear example of that not happening. it begins as sugar, and even after being fermented, sugar remains. stop being fucking autistic.

Put the back-to-back lines of dialogue on separate lines and break into a new paragraph when the current action goes on too long or changes to something else. The fluff text attributing dialogue could flow a lot better too, like Pippa speaks and is immediately identified as Pippa, and yet in the next line, Tenma calls her Pippa; this is redundant and it's not very timely when you read it. I'd suggest Tenma reacts to it first before replying and then it should be obvious enough who's talking based on their attitude.

If your description of something feels kinda slow or uncreative, you can reframe it as someone's dialogue or just imply it with a shorter factual statement, like the way she's "a mix between an obese woman and water balloon" could be shit-talking and/or genuine concern from Tenma mixed in with the narration. If you do this right, it gives the impression of her gradually expanding from line to line without needing to explain it outright.

>She couldn’t wait for this to potentially be her meals for now on.
This could be a lot more natural too. It's not a scientific paper, so the narrator can have more personality. You can just say something along the lines of "she won't have to eat 'real food' anymore," and the subtext will be the same. And personally, I'd write this all in present tense, but that's just my preference.

As a fucking moron myself, I can tell you that using mac & cheese in this way makes it disappear and taste like nothing. The nuggets will be spongy and taste bad too. The cheese and tater tots are actually really good for this though. You'd be better off using actually good stuff like condensed soup and frozen vegetables/corn as filler, maybe some taco meat and refried beans, and it's so much cheaper and lazier. The tortilla crust and topping is the real deal though.
