Business be like that. The managers do seem to do their best now a days but even as late as Gen 5 the managers were still doing extremely head scratching things like blocking collab requests for Lamy because "they don't think she has chemistry with anyone." Yagoo seems to actually care about the talents under him and does a lot help them.

The issue is they are a tech company that was not originally focused on Vtubing but VR and AR. This means that the people in charge are answerable to the investors who only care about getting paid. Also a lot of their money goes into these ventures. Delta said it best hate the company not the talent. The talent really are on an island besides their families and gen mates all they have are the fans we saw it with Mike and Kson once they were out it really was only the fans left supporting them.
