For the en side there were a few but the nijien fanbase is smaller in general, and the biggest segment of them, the luxiem fujos, make stuff like this instead of games

The jp side has a similar issue, but they do have a few more games due to the fanbase being generally larger over there, abiet most of them being shitty VNs or rpgmaker games
