Just jump into it with as little investment as you can, but make sure it looks good. Be prepared for less than 5 viewers for a while until you start networking with people. If you go full spanish your growth will be significantly slower unless you shill yourself to the right groups. Do your English reps. There's a ton of videos on youtube on how to gain an accent other than your native one, I suggest you take those and practice daily, it'll help you more than just with vtubing.
