You don't have to fire them anon, go the good ol' jap company route and shoo them away until they fuck off on their own. Try to mold the more salvageable ones with better management, and cut off the horrible ones from the ones with potential lest they ruin your stock.

Don't have to do that either. If you can just manage to get one, single guy who outshines the rest (I'm talking exclusively EN here, JP is a whole different ballgame and I don't speak Japanese well enough to understand the necessary nuance) that one guy will single handedly "own" the branding and steer the ship himself. Imagine you manage to get a guy who can get (entertain my delusion) 5k and up on his regular streams while the others struggle just to hit 3. If you can just divide him from the rest and groom him into a proper figurehead you can work on attracting others like him and building off him instead of away from the rest.
It's a retardedly ridiculous concept based on how bad things are currently, but that's about the only actual solution I can see for "Holostars EN" at this point.

The phrase can almost entirely be found in /vg/ in the Genshin, Honkai Starrail, Granblue, Fire Emblem Heros, Fate Grand Order and other gacha generals. I can barely find it AT ALL in any other general. All of these are almost EXCLUSIVELY gacha generals, and the exact phrase and general sentence structure remains the same, greatly increasing the chances this is the same schizo.

The same phrase is found in /vt/, with the same formula and length. The message primarily appears in /vsj+/, /NijiEN/, /pkg/, global, /ggg/, /#/ (Directly in his posts) and various bait threads to do with these subjects, always antagonizing Holo and Cover. Notably does not appear in Phase very often if at all from what I saw, despite this being prime anti Holo territory.

I searched these phrases in some other boards to make sure it wasn't something common I was overlooking. It's not. They occur, but often in wildly different ways, styles, and with completely different and inconsistent timing or in places you would expect to find him or that keep with his "theme".
