The document contained some sort of information that would indicate the location of Elira's home. Elira admitted as much, but did not specify the context this information was presented under, nor did she specify how precise the information was.
Now, she COULD have been mentioned because she was involved in workplace harassment, but it's not the only explanation. For all we know, Selen could have just been giving an example of how Canadian employment laws differ between provinces, and mentioned an organ who lived in a different province to help make her point.
Without knowing the contents of the document, we can't say for certain HOW Elira, Millie, and Enna are related to Selen's grievances, or even if the latter two are related at all (since it's not clear whether the document named them directly, or if it just "alluded" to their locations by association because they live near Elira). What are you taking issue with here?

And if that statement is able to prove that Elira wasn't involved in bullying Doki to suicide, then people will accept she's innocent and leave her alone. Until her innocence is proven, though, it's only natural that people will suspect her. As long as they keep suspecting her, it's only natural that people will talk shit because they think she's a horrible person who deserves it.

Unless (You) have some way of conclusively proving Elira's innocence, nothing you say is going to change the minds of the people /here/. Arguing further is a waste of time, so you may as well fuck off and go do something productive instead.
That goes double if you actually are Finana. As far as anyone knows you have nothing to do with this drama, so you have nothing to gain by sticking your neck out. Stop worrying about the reputations of other people and go work on improving your own.
