You dont have to paint them you can modify photos taken from the net and stuff, photo collage can work if you just want the texture without the extra work that takes making said textures, its easier an to the point desu. jsut make sure to get a good photo.

and for form study is very complicated, you can study the silluetes of what you wanna draw which while going to the point faster also isnt necesarely helpful for the inner structure or anything thats not a silluete, honestly just look for loomis for the basic body forms, now if you know nothing of art, just throw lines in a piee of paper, this sounds dismissive you you need to get your wrist to work properly with the paper or surface of choise, once your hand is a bit use to the work you strokes will start changing and eveything changes, like bro there is a shit ton I can tell but I am too aspie for this and I go to the brancehs I simple can tell you draw and dont give up
