The best part is that I don't even think he was doing it intentionally, at least not at first. His sexy Japanese voice is so good that the moments of shock/surprise/flusteredness in the JP lines are that much more colourful due to the contrast. I love how honest it all sounds, though, and I really hope he leans more into this side of him during his English streams (not gonna happen but I can dream).
