>Decide to wipe my save, because I wasn't happy with what I named my trainer, as slurs were not allowed
>Made a new game with a new name, pick Mudkip again, because I wanted to be a water trainer
>He's purple again
>Play a bit longer, and wipe my save to start a new one last time, because I realized it would be pretty funny if I named my trainer 'Daddy'
>So I do, I choose Mudkip, and the nigga's purple again
>"I guess I just misremembered what he looked like"
