As for what to prompt - it depends. Sometimes I keep the entire base prompt in there because I can't be arsed to change it. Other times, I "cut it down" significantly - this lets you turn the denoising strength up quite a bit.

I did cut it down this time, the only thing I positive prompted was:
best quality, 1girl, solo, cherry blossoms, hanami, outdoors, gradient sky, fine fabric emphasis, floral print, cherry blossom print,

Oof. Yeah, I'm squeezing that 1x 512x768 2.5x upscale out with 12 GB VRAM. 2 images flat out doesn't work. The ESRGAN models use more VRAM, it's why you can get away with using latent. If you still want to go beeg and use the ESRGAN upscalers, go up as high as you can (1.75x in this case) and then use SD Upscale afterwards. Here's a dummy's guide.
