She's good at games for a start. I watched her solo Malenia (Elden Ring) with no summons and a str build, while most players struggle to beat it with their generic bleed/magic katana/mage set up.

She's also very cultured while still being sports model tier attractive. Those two things typically don't go together. Funny, entertaining, the list goes on. She's also really considerate, but I can tell she could probably beat up all of her gen members if she wanted to.

I think Noel is unironically one of the best members of Hololive. Out of all the ones I've watched play Elden Ring, she's the only one that made a STR, pure melee build and stuck to it. Everyone else started out with a katana, magic or defaulted to magic after dying too much in melee range. She's also one of the hottest, while most of the others look like kids.
