The body type would be a good argument if it was extreme, e.g. if she had a body of a 8-10yo kid, which is visibly different from hers because of proportions. But she has the proportions of a developed body.
The thing with anime is that it's not realistic - anime is abstract. It abstracts away body details you can't even name, which can normally help you tell the age apart. That's why there is no way to tell to what school an anime character goes without details like uniforms etc., while irl it's pretty easy to tell even to what grade a kid/teen goes to. You don't even know why, but you subconsciously notice details you can't name, which are absent in anime characters. Most of those details are concentrated on the face. But guess what - the face is the most simplified body part of an anime character. And that's not even going into the bag of worms topic how stylisations can change the perceived age.
For instance, look at the picrel, and try guessing the age of the characters, assuming you had no prior knowledge of them. What were you looking at exactly when you tried deciphering the age?
In case od Nazuna, since she's an abstract character, there aren't really that many details to go by in the first place. She has body proportions of a teenager, which in case of anime can stretch to any adult. She's not wearing realistic clothes, which could help identify her age group. Her face has a generic shape of a teen or an adult anime girl. The only two characteristics which could indicate her young age are her breast size and height. But that's not enough on its own, and honestly, a bit offensive, as flat and short adult women exist, especially in Japan.
Also, her hair is short, which indicates a bit older character if anything at all.
As for "real anime lolis" you can differentiate them most of the time because they have visibly different body proportions in case of really young characters, like 10yo or under, and for older ones you have to add details like backstory, freckles, clothes (sailor uniforms, nerdy glasses, training bras), hair (braided hair are associated with younger characters), plump body parts (like cheeks on the face
