I think it makes her uncomfortable for sure, during the Silvi video premiere some sperg wouldn't stop spamming the chat up about it, even sending superchats about the horse shit. She was talking in the chat and went completely silent even until the end.
She'll probably either joke about it or ignore it, I doubt it upsets her. Some of the comments I've seen on clips and videos of Shondo's have been much worse, I get the urge to protect her too but truth be told she's tough as nails.
