As non-tech fag and going off their latest covers (Shiki only has 4 but whatever) imo

Aoi is the better of the 2 overall imo, better enunciation and control over her voice. While I like Shiki's nice lows, it dips between high and lower pitches too much without it seeming intentional, the range is good but she doesn't seem to have the control to keep it consistently where she wants when its outside her norm. (evident in her god syndrome cover)
I'd also dip it toward Aoi in that her songs contain more emotion/personality to them, which while isn't very descriptive it gives it an edge imo considering its in combination while staying pretty consistent and strong. As opposed to Shiki who has a distinct voice, but in Shiki's case I feel like her character detracts from her voice instead of supporting it.
