Here's a small JP vtuber group that I try and watch even though I understand nothing.

Hearty laugh, almost all her streams are talking

AXEL-V for those that speak Japanese. Momo has a hearty laugh, Hikone has ??? brain power, Saki's a good singer succubus, Canal's weird and Kokuri does ASMR and has a soft voice (not sure if loli).

Any vtubers that are tea related and end the stream with "tea you later" or what I'm assuming woul be "ochamasumi"?

There's a japanese vtuber group called AXEL-V, which started last year, and aside from Kokuri, they barely get 1k views on their streams, especially my favorite one, Momo, who only does talking streams. I just love her laugh, man.
