The actual answers to this are
1. They're from the first two waves so averaging over time you're able to say that it's more stable due to a longer time period occurring.
2. Since they're from the first few waves more people have them as their oshi (like me) and won't watch somebody else who's streaming at the same time (like Elira) but will instead watch the vod for that liver.
3. They both have a lot of chat interaction, with Pomu in particular calling people out if she hasn't seen them in awhile and they come back. This encourages you to watch live.
