god those designs are seriously so good... I wish these were one of togabito's alt outfits too, but like you said he'd definitely wear it once before moving on to use his default outfit. I think in mochi's case a part of it is that he's the type to avoid doing fanservice at all costs lol, but it would be nice to see more variation even if I love his school uniform.
