I recall that she replied to someone not too long ago. It happened this year, at the very least. And honestly, the alternative is that she stalks the twitter account of certain brats, and I'd rather not consider that possibility.
Don't be discouraged! Just like with chat messages, it's about timing and the message. You'll get it someday.

The other alternative seems to be to reply to a Bae tweet (plus the hashtags) when it's relevant to the stream (picrel).
