If you don't want to do ffmpeg reps and you're on Windows, "StaxRip" at least has a GUI, but you'll have to set a profile up at first if you don't feel like setting it to "ffmpeg -> VP8 -> 2-pass -> 3 MB output filesize, WebM container, No Audio" every single time. It automatically demuxes the audio for most file formats when you load them in, so if no cutting is required, you can be done in <1 min. An extra step or two if you're cutting something and want to keep the audio afterwards. Looks better than most online converters too.
