The solution is the same and it's not pretty...

If there are any anti-monopoly laws in Japan, Cover has to sell part of Nijisanji as tech and talents to Brave, Neo-Porte, Maha5 and a KR group.

It would fix a lot of problems for a lot of groups, or create a clusterfuck mega group that no one is prepared to handle well.
