I don't think they have any need of relying on their manager for stuff like that, they are extremely professional.

They meticulously prepare their streams, research the games they play and do their very best to make everyone happy. I'm sure they even talk with each other after every stream to know if they noticed anything off or something that could be improved
So if they keep the current format of "Moco-chan playing and Fuwawa backseating her", it's probably because it just works fine for them
