Got Kizuna Ai suggested when she only had a few thousand subs on youtube. It was funny and endearing for the first few videos, but didn't stick with me due to language barrier. Years later I got aware of Fubuki's scatman cover thanks to a friend, but wasn't actually aware of streams. Final re-discovery and actual entry was a clip of Pekora getting angry at playing online crane game, because someone stole her carrot kek. After that I soaked up everything holo related, got introduced to Artia and Hana Maccia as my first EN speaking chuubas and rotated through pretty much every branch, NijiJP, EN and some indies as well. At some point I just felt completely burned out and didn't even understand anymore why I was watching or following these girls in first place. Guess it helped a lot that I dropped out of uni, just before I got into chuubas and was close to becoming homeless. So any sort of distraction was welcome at that time.
