I couldn't either so I took a look at it in UDB.
I'm not the mapmaker btw. The red door sector's tag doesn't have a linedef associated with it (i.e. no switch) but it does refer to the red key (moved for pic) thing. There might be some GZDoom magic I'm unaware of that's supposed to happen but at least in more vanilla mapping this is not how key doors work.
