They're a Taiwanese company that's been prioritising promotion of their English-speaking vtubers in Taiwan for whatever reason. They showed off the designs for Gen 2 as far back as mid-June as part of a fundraiser there and were selling merch of them early at a con in Taipei just over a week ago.
