The major criticism I have is that some parts felt repetitive; like the paragraph says that she has to go to the groceries and then the next paragraph is her saying that she has to got to the groceries or the part where you described her living quite close to you.
Another thing is that you should probably italicize the parts where the dialogue is referencing stuff related to the past to make it feel better if that makes any sense
also I have to agree with that one Anon, the last sentence was uooooohhh

True but some of GrandLeviathan's work are still pretty good especially the 2nd person Suisei & Fubuki fic which was fucking incredible
