Who do I turn to when they all eventually collab with males? Where's a unicorn to go to in a time strife? It seems like Hololive is the only one who caters to my needs, but I feel like the walls are cracking. Management is getting lazier. More and more male callobs seems inevitable now. I feel the end is near.

Why do that when you can get a Japanese vtubers voice to speak to you in English?

I'd rather them support a small local japanese focused streamer site than big corpos under control of globalists like Youtube and Twitch. Let the ENs and IDs rot at Youtube and migrate the Japs to Mildom, several Jap streamers are already doing that.

We all know and hate Niggersanji for having so many vtubers that it's impossible to keep up with them all, but is Hololive going down the same path?
Not including Holostars, Hololive has 48 active talents. And they don't show any sign of slowing down anytime soon. Soon it will be impossible to watch every Hololive vtuber, and as an idol group this is obviously bad business.
What repercussions will the large influx of Hololive idols have on Hololive as a whole?

>idolshitters
>rabid fanbase
>always bringing up hololive in unrelated situations
>always talking about their numbers
>refuse to leave their bubble and make up rivalries with other people/companies
Does this remind you of anyone else? Hololive's fanbase is extremely similar to KPOP stans at this point.

So, /vt/, it seems that some of us think Hololive is for one thing, and half of us think they are for another. So why not settle this with a Strawpoll?
In this strawpoll, the question will be:
>Why do you watch Hololive streamers?
There will be three answers:
> I watch Hololive streamers because I don’t want to be lonely, and they can provide a replacement for a girlfriend
> I watch Hololive streamers because they’re entertaining, cute, and funny, and I don’t use them as a replacement for romance
>A combination of the above
Let’s see where most of /vt/ really falls

The strawpoll is here:

Reposting this one last time with added info. Yeah, I know I can't give exact proof of anything so roast me or believe me, either way it's up to you. I just thought it was cool that I could share something I'm on the inside of for a change.

Ok so, I can't say a lot because I don't want to get in trouble with my job, but I'm involved in a tech field that is currently working on improved motion tracking software for virtual avatars (basically vTubers). Our sister company in Japan just landed a big job and they've brought some of us from the western side to help with workload. We're basically developing a way for vtubers to create content that has the capability of looking like a good quality anime.
When discussing the project we were told that the company who hired us already has "real life talent with experience" and "the most subscribed to vTubers online". The plot is basically the girls are literally the avatars they currently appear online as who stream to people worldwide (this may just be workplace rumor though). But my boss did specifically say, "It's like what if there were these cute girls who hide the fact that they are from a virtual world by pretending to be vTubers. And there are all kinds of them, like a dragon girl, a mermaid shark girl, or a cat or dog girl."
Anyway, that's all I know about it so far. It'll be another niche anime that I expect you'll hear something about it pretty soon.

Oh, here's a look at something really similar to what we're already using in the field.
https://www.theverge.com/2021/2/4/22266190/apple-vr-headset-ar-glasses-8k-displays-cameras-hand-tracking-details-report
For people who don't want to clink the link, from the article this is what we're programming for already: "There are also new details on the actual hardware for the rumored device, which is said to offer both VR and mixed reality applications, thanks to over a dozen cameras (for tracking hand movement) and LIDAR sensors (for mapping rooms, similar to AR effects on the iPad Pro and iPhone 12 Pro). It is also said to feature dual 8K displays with eye-tracking technology that could offer resolution far beyond any current commercial VR headsets on the market today."
