I dont believe it.
I think she's a very smart person who knows exactly what she's doing.
It would hurt the (You) GFE if she showed more love to donators (to keep the money coming) and artists (for free promo).
Thats why i respect her, the casual viewers dont feel inferior to the loyal ones or feel like they're late to something because theres already a special group of people.
The love without distinction is what makes her a great streamer.
